Biography
Ms. Abida Syed M Haq holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Pharmacy from University Science Malaysia and is currently Director, Pharmacy Practice & Development, and Ministry of Health Malaysia and is responsible for the overall delivery of pharmacy services involving formulary development, logistics, dispensing and quality use of medicines. She has extensive experience in drug regulatory affairs having served in the National Pharmaceutical Control Bureau over a period of 12 years. Her current areas of interest include health sector reforms, pharmaceutical care delivery and medication safety initiatives.
